Partners
Our partners gained their work experience as members and team leaders in top audit firms and as employees in various legal entities where they performed highly specialized management jobs in finance, accounting, controlling and internal auditing. They also bring valuable insights from their experience as co-founders of our audit company, where they are now partners.
IVA GAŠPARIĆ
Iva started her career in 2006 in PwC, Croatia. After 5 years of working in their audit department, she continued her professional path as partner and director in the company Revizija Centar. At the end of 2019, she joined the iAudit team as a partner in charge of auditing, accounting and client advisory. Iva is a certified chartered auditor and has received certificates of completion for 2 modules of the ACCA qualification program.
NENAD MUTIĆ
Nenad started his professional journey in 2003 in PwC, Croatia, where he worked in the audit department until 2008. He then proceeded to work at the Société Générale-Splitska Bank as the corporate department manager for Primorsko-Goranska county. As a co-founder of and partner in iAudit, he has been responsible for audit and advisory clients since 2011. Nenad is a certified chartered auditor and has received certificates of completion for 2 modules of the ACCA qualification program.
BORIS VIDAS
Boris also started his career in 2003 working in PwC, Croatia. After 5 years of work in PwC’s audit department, in 2008, he started working at Arbor informatika as a finance manager. Following the merger of several companies into the Asseco SEE group, he was appointed as a deputy finance manager at Arbor informatika. Shortly after, he moved to a regional Asseco SEE company to take his place as a chief internal auditor. Since 2011, as a co-founder of and partner in iAudit, he has been responsible for audit and advisory clients. Boris is a certified chartered auditor and has received certificates of completion for 2 modules of the ACCA qualification program.
FILIP ZEKAN
Filip started his career in 2003 also in PwC, Hrvatska, where he spent 6 years in the company’s audit department. In 2009, Filip advanced his career by shifting to Tvornica duhana Rovinj (TDR) to work in its finance and accounting department where he worked as the manager of financial reporting in accordance with the Adris group’s reporting framework and on transfer pricing projects. Since 2011, as a co-founder of and partner in iAudit, he has been responsible for audit and advisory clients. Filip is a certified chartered auditor and has received certificates of completion for 2 modules of the ACCA qualification program.
IVANA FATUR JOVANOVIĆ
DIRECTOR
After finishing her graduate studies, Ivana started her business career in 2014 at iAudit and since then, has been actively participating as a team leader and a team member for audit and advisory projects for clients from different business sectors. Ivana obtained her chartered auditor’s certificate in 2017.

After finishing her graduate studies in 2015, Ana started her business career at iAudit and since then, has been actively participating as a team leader and a team member for audit and advisory projects for clients from different business sectors. Ana gained a postgraduate specialist diploma in Professional Accounting in 2019 on postgraduates’ specialist studies (MBA).
KARLO BAČIĆ
MANAGER
After finishing his graduate studies, Karlo joined iAudit in 2016. Karlo has received certificates of completion for 2 modules of the ACCA qualification program and is in the process of preparing for and taking exams at the third level, to meet the requirements for the full ACCA membership.
KRISTIAN KONTUŠ
MANAGER
Kristian, Master of Science in Economics, after finishing his graduate studies joined iAudit in 2018. In addition to his daily professional duties, since 2023 Kristian has been enrolled in a postgraduate specialist program (MBA) in finance.
KREŠIMIR ĐURETEK
IT SPECIALIST
Krešimir is an IT expert with more than 30 years of experience in various IT areas. He started his business career as a system administrator in the graphical design industry. Following that, he continued working as an IT consultant at PwC. At the end of 2011, Krešimir joined the iAudit team and since then, he has been working on internal IT audit projects for banks and as an IT auditor for financial statement audits.

Anja, Master of Science in Economics, joined the iAudit team in 2020. Currently Anja is studying for the ACCA qualification.

Josipa, Master of Science in Economics, joined the iAudit team in 2021 and since then, has been actively participating as a team member for audit and advisory projects for clients from different business sectors.

Like Josipa, Raffaella is also Master of Science in Economics, and she joined the iAudit team in 2021. Raffaella is currently studying corporate finances in a postgraduate PhD program.
